Dacorum Borough Council launched the new Local Plan which will define the future development of the whole of Dacorum.
The towns within Dacorum are projected to expand, making Hemel Hempstead's future population larger than some British Cities.
The Local Plan document can be found on the Dacorum Borough Council web site here. It's a big document, but there is a very good interactive presentation section that can take you through the process.
Early perusal shows a lack of enforceable rules that could stop poor decision making, instead opting for best intensions and guidance.
This is the only chance you will have to make your views known and guide the Council in any revisions.
The revised date for any submissions is February 28th 2021.
